If you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase, we will offer a refund to you if you have told us within 14 days of receiving your item that you want to cancel. You then have another 14 days to return the item once you have told us and we will refund you within 14 days of receiving the item back.

• Returned items should be unused and must be returned in original packaging with any enclosed documentation. We will issue a full refund on receipt, excluding the original delivery charge. Alternatively, if preferred, we will exchange the item or provide a credit note.

Please note:

• The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. Therefore for your own protection we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.
• The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.
• Some items may be subject to a handling charge
• Special order items may not be returned.as stated on the invoice for the item.
